5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your browser. We use both session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which stay until they expire or you delete them.
We use them to:
- Remember your preferences and make the Website work properly;
- Understand which pages visitors view and how they use the Website;
- Protect forms from spam and abuse;
- Measure and deliver our advertising, including remarketing; and
- Customize content based on your browser type or other information you send.
When you first visit the Website, our cookie banner lets you manage your choices. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Website may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
6. Advertising and Marketing
Remarketing and conversion tracking. We use Google Ads remarketing and conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our marketing and to show ads for JessTalk to people who have visited the Website, including on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. These tools use cookies and pixels to collect information such as pages viewed, actions taken, and online identifiers. We do not provide these companies with your name, email address, or other directly identifying information that you give us through our forms, except where those tools are configured to do so, in which case we will update this policy.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through the cookie banner, your browser settings, Google’s Ad Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), and Meta’s ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Sponsored content. We may take part in sponsored campaigns with influencer networks, brands, and agencies. All sponsored content is disclosed in accordance with the FTC’s requirements. Campaigns may use tracking pixels, which can contain cookies that collect usage and audience data for the sponsoring company to measure results. We do not combine personally identifiable information collected by the Website with these pixels.
Affiliate and referral links. Some links on the Website, such as our link to GQueues, are affiliate or referral links. If you click one, a cookie may be placed on your browser so the partner can track sales or sign-ups for commission purposes. This does not change the price you pay.

Our emails may contain tracking pixels that let us see whether you opened a message and which links you clicked, so we can improve our content. Every promotional email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

The Website embeds videos from Vimeo and YouTube. When you view or play an embedded video, the provider may set cookies and collect information about you according to its own privacy policy. We also link to our pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and to retailers such as Audible. When you click those links you leave the Website, and the other site’s privacy practices apply.

Anything you type or say in a conversation is transmitted to and stored and processed by Delphi, and may also be reviewed by JessTalk. Delphi’s handling of your conversations, including any use of them to operate or improve its service, is governed by Delphi’s privacy policy.

18. Do Not Track and Changes to This Policy
Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for responding to them, the Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. See Sections 5, 6, and 15 for the choices available to you.
Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
